R & R FIRE PROTECTION, INC. Family owned and operated since 1991. Specializes in design built fire protection plans, hydraulic calculations and engineering for a complete submittal package to local fire jurisdiction for each project.  We provide a complete installation of overhead fire sprinkler systems for new construction in commercial, industrial, tenant improvements, residential custom homes, apartment buildings, senior housing, retrofit systems, service calls, maintenance of existing systems and underground fire lines to include back-flows and fire hydrants.   

We are also licensed to perform quarterly, annual and five-year inspections according to the Cal State Fire Marshall, local codes and ordinances per the NFPA 13 requirements. 

Our 27 years of experience in the fire protection business is divided both in the field service and business knowledge.  We handle all aspects of fire sprinkler systems including plans, permits, fabrication, installation, underground repairs and materials.

Our scope of work includes Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.
